Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales Staff: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Maintain Inventory: Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and organize and maintain inventory.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, establish work schedules, and sell merchandise.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail business setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
