Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Earl of Sandwich. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock and sales
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
- Recruit, train, and develop food service staff to meet the needs of the department
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Secondary school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
