Job Summary

The Executive Table Group is seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a positive guest experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
  • Manage wait times and provide accurate estimates to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment
  • Seat guests and provide information about our features
  • Rotate seating to ensure even workloads for servers and bar service team
  • Answer phones politely and schedule reservations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Computer literacy, including MS Word and email
  • Ability to lift, balance, and carry a tray of up to 10 pounds
  • Comfortable being exposed to a full sun patio
