We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our Software Engineering Group. As a Guidewire ClaimCenter Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in Guidewire Application Development, expertise in GOSU Language, configuration and coding using Guidewire tools and accelerators, and Agile software development methodologies. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of domain knowledge on Property & Casualty Insurance and Guidewire Certification is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions
- Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Design and implement ClaimCenter configurations and integrations with external systems
- Ensure best practices are followed in code development, testing, and deployment
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years proven experience in Guidewire Application Development
- Expertise in GOSU Language, configuration and coding using Guidewire tools and accelerators
- Agile software development, including the use of Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Domain knowledge on Property & Casualty Insurance
- Guidewire Certification is a must
