Spanish Language Educator
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Spanish language educator to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to secondary students, promoting a love of learning and a deep understanding of the Spanish language and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all students, promoting inclusivity and diversity in the classroom
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive learning environment
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in language teaching
Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Spanish language and culture
- Experience of teaching Spanish to secondary students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
