Job Title: Disability Management Advisor

At TransUnion, we are dedicated to helping organizations optimize their risk-based decisions and enabling consumers to understand and manage their personal information.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Management Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will be responsible for managing existing and attracting new platform and distribution partners across Auto, Mortgage, Credit Unions, and new market adjacencies to increase adoption of TU products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track Partner engagement and performance.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of assigned partnerships and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption of TU products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to close deals and negotiate contracts.
