We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Field and Infusion Nurse to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the success of our infusion therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in patient homes, specialty clinics, and physician partnership clinic settings.
- Assess and monitor patient responses to treatments, adhering to program protocols and standards of practice.
- Document patient information and treatment outcomes accurately and efficiently, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide patient and caregiver education on treatment options, product information, and program protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
- Travel to designated areas to meet operational needs and provide patient care.
- Current registration with a licensing body and CPR certification required.
- Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 1 year in IV initiation.
- Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or homecare settings preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word, and other applicable computer programs.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work autonomously.
