Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our payroll and accounting processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees, as well as maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
  • Perform various financial analyses and prepare reports
  • Assist the Director of Finance with accounting tasks and provide support as needed
  • Prepare and submit government remittances and prepare financial statements
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of Maestro software
  • Functional English language skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret collective agreements
