Clinical Manager

CASA Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Manager to lead our First Nations, Métis and Inuit Services (FNMI) and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Treatment Resources and Community Supports (FASTRACS) programs.
The successful candidate will provide performance management, coaching, mentoring, clinical supervision, staff training and quality improvement to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Indigenous Wellness Support Services team to integrate Indigenous worldviews, cultural protocols and wellness practices into care, ensuring staff use a holistic, trauma-informed, culturally appropriate approach to treatment planning, and maintaining high-quality record management through CASA's electronic medical record system.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in clinical psychology, social work (with psycho-social intervention designation), occupational therapy or nursing, and a minimum of five years of clinical practice in child and family mental health and/or youth addictions.

Qualifications- Graduate degree in clinical psychology, social work (with psycho-social intervention designation), occupational therapy or nursing
- Current registration in good standing with a professional college identified under the Health Professions Act
- A minimum of five years of clinical practice in child and family mental health and/or youth addictions
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to vehicle
- A satisfactory Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Ability to pass and maintain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification
