Job Title: Produce Supervisor – Full-Time

Location Name: Royal Oak

Country Grocer's Royal Oak store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our produce team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, ensuring top-notch freshness, and providing exceptional customer service.

In the absence of Department Managers, you will be responsible for training, placing orders with distributors, creating displays, and guiding your passionate produce team every day.

Schedule Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends

What we need from you:

  • At least two years of management experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge of produce items
  • A desire to provide outstanding customer service to our loyal customers
  • A high level of motivation and a proactive attitude
  • A heightened attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • An ability to prioritize tasks, follow directions, and manage time
  • A willingness to work both autonomously and with a team
  • A desire to comply with established department procedures and safe work practices
  • A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
  • Ability to walk and stand for the duration of scheduled shift
  • Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures

Pay: $19.00-$21.75 per hour
