Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Ismarteam. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Work Environment

Our work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work in confined spaces and handle dusty conditions. You will be working in a rural area, with staff accommodation available and relocation costs covered by the employer.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the calculation of crane capacities and load, unload, and transport construction materials.
  • Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting, and clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
  • Operate nail guns and other equipment as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Relocation costs covered by the employer.
