About the Role:
  • Conduct nutrition screening and assessment using established standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement client-centered nutrition goals and care plans, prescribing diets as necessary.
  • Evaluate and adapt the nutrition care plan by monitoring biochemical, anthropometric, and dietary parameters.
  • Educate clients and families regarding the rationale and mechanics of the nutrition care plan.
  • Act as a resource person to the multidisciplinary team and other health professionals.

New Rate as of April 1, 2024 will be $40.75 to $50.87.
