Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at East Coast Pizza Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Management: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and advise on menu selections.
  • Table Service: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and provide a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Order Taking: Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
