The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and hardworking individual to join our packaging production line as a Heavy Equipment Operator. This permanent and full-time position is based out of our Smithville Facility and involves working on 8-hour bi-weekly rotations or potentially 12-hour rotating shifts, depending on production demands.

Compensation
Wages will be discussed during the pre-screening process, but we estimate a salary of around $60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
- Perform inventory counts, order materials, and arrange shipments as required.
- Pick, stage, and load orders, ensuring proper paperwork completion.
- Support other departments as necessary, including Purchasing, Customer Service, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Shipping, Parts, and Brockton.
- Maintain excellent safety and quality records, contributing to an atmosphere of continuous improvement in all areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned, complying with all Stanpac policies.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Forklift role within a busy manufacturing area.
- Current forklift certification preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to interact well with co-workers.
