Restaurant Director

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway (1041956 BC). As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer service and a seamless dining experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant operations;
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations;
• Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies, as well as clients for catering or facility use;
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff;
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations;
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels;
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction;
• Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of excellence within the team;

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree;
