About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them to protect what matters most to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policies, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage and build customer relationships, meeting insurance sales targets and following up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business.
Requirements
- No prior experience is required; we provide applicable training for the right candidate.
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role.
- Working experience in EPIC is an asset.
