Job Title: Truck and Coach Technician

We are seeking a skilled Truck and Coach Technician to join our team at Tractor Trailer Service.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial transport trucks and coaches. This includes adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components, inspecting and testing mechanical units, and performing scheduled maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Coach and instruct apprentices
Requirements:
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Experience in electrical and electronic systems, diagnostics, brake systems, fuel and emission systems, drive train components, and truck-trailer repair
  • Ability to work with own tools and equipment, including steel-toed safety boots
