About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sunfarm Produce and Groceries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Process Transactions with a high level of accuracy, ensuring that all sales are processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide Customer Service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with Inventory Management by counting and reconciling stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Work Collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform Other Duties as required by management, such as opening and closing the store, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
