Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT security professional to join our team as a Security Solution Architect. In this role, you'll play a critical part in designing and implementing robust security solutions to mitigate business risks in areas such as business continuity, IT resilience, and IT risk management.
A Day in the Life:
- Design and implement security solutions to address business challenges in areas such as business continuity, IT resilience, and IT risk management.
- Engage in pre-sales activities and qualification of sales opportunities, focusing on driving new business growth and revenue streams.
- Improve team processes to ensure seamless information exchange and enhance overall team performance.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including conceptual design, logical design, physical design, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, overseeing projects from initiation through successful implementation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate clients' existing architectures, identify gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
- Partner with senior consultants to develop and implement proven security solutions and drive business results.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT security, with expertise in security architecture design patterns and implementation.
- Technical proficiency in implementing Microsoft security components and familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, CIS, etc.
- 5+ years of industry experience as a subject matter expert in the Microsoft suite of products and Microsoft Security Stack.
- 5+ years of experience integrating multi-technology solutions across diverse technologies and platforms through technical consulting.
- Broad knowledge of multiple hardware and software technologies, with strong experience in working with complex solutions comprising both.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive recommendations and lead cross-functional teams.
