Job Title: Plumber Journeyman

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team at Interior Health Authority in Kamloops, B.C. as a Plumber Journeyman. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing work, including installation, construction, alteration, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and service of plumbing equipment and systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Perform plumbing work at the journeyman level, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Review work requests, consult with user departments on project requirements, and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine materials and equipment needed.
• Estimate project costs and perform operational and safety risk assessments.
• Arrange work schedules with user departments and assemble necessary supplies, tools, and equipment for each project.
