Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at Gestion Devimco Immobilier Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of fixtures and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent damage
  • Assist in the maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in French
