Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to develop and implement rehabilitation plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient/client progress.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients/clients to promote independence and mobility.
  • Communicate effectively with patients/clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in rehabilitation practices.
