Job Title: Food and Beverage Server
Job Summary:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, presenting menus, making recommendations, and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring high-quality presentation and timely delivery.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise other servers and bussing staff to maintain a smooth and efficient service experience.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation of food and beverages.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized attention and support.
Work Environment:
- Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, interacting with customers, staff, and management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in food service, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing customer needs and restaurant demands.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a dynamic environment.
