Cultures Chloiris Inc is seeking a skilled Cannabis Grower to join our team. As a key member of our horticulture team, you will be responsible for the cultivation of high-quality cannabis plants.

• Cultivation and Maintenance
  • Cut and trim horticultural crops to ensure optimal growth and development
  • Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions to promote healthy plant growth
  • Mix and apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth
  • Operate climate controls to maintain a optimal growing environment
  • Tie and secure plants to prevent damage and promote healthy growth
• Record Keeping and Reporting
  • Write daily basic progress reports to track plant growth and development
  • Report signs of insect or disease damage to ensure prompt action is taken
• Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with the horticulture team to achieve common goals

• Education and Experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in horticulture or a related field
• Work Environment
  • Floriculture production environment
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment
