Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Customer Service: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain cleaning equipment, and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
