Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage every client in a welcoming manner, building rapport and trust to deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales goals by utilizing Pandora's specialized selling model (SPARK) and product knowledge to maximize sales results.
- Product Knowledge: Complete Pandora product knowledge training to leverage driving sales and stay up-to-date on current product launches and promotions.
- Visual Merchandising: Participate in visual directives, including setting trays, walls, and zones, and maintain pricing to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Store Operations: Execute visual refreshes, uphold exceptional cleaning standards, and attend all scheduled shifts to ensure adequate coverage and meet company objectives.
- Experience: Retail and/or previous sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Superior customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be 18 years of age or older, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work, and able to stand for long periods of time (exceeding 30 minutes).
- Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
