Job Title: Sales Associate - Spirit Consignment Store

At Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Spirit Consignment Store. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of the store, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Assist with generating sales, signing, pricing, and POS operations, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a secure and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Management Team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Please note that the store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store, and while you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.

As a Sales Associate, you will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages.
