About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect III to join our team at Electronic Arts Inc. As a key member of our central technology team, you will be responsible for developing data architectures that support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with business and technical partners to design and implement data solutions that meet business requirements.
  2. Develop conceptual, logical, physical, and transformational data models to support analytics solutions and insights.
  3. Design and implement event-driven architectures and domain-driven design principles for real-time data processing and high-scale data products.
  4. Contribute to the development of data standards, including common business vocabulary, naming conventions, data standards, and transformation rules.
  5. Ensure data integrity and consistency across domains in a Data Mesh environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise data warehousing, data management, business intelligence, and large-scale data solutions.
  • Excellent SQL or Python skills.
  • Knowledge of YAML data modeling.
  • Experience in system cataloguing, metadata management, and reference data.
  • Familiarity with Big Data and Data Analytics Stack.
  • Experience with columnar databases, MPP databases, and data privacy practices.
