Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Issues and Incident Management program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the program, aligning with our business strategies and objectives, and ensuring compliance with governing regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and align TPRM advice and counsel to ensure third-party risk assessment activities are in line with our TPRM standards.
  • Align accurate and timely communication with internal control partners to confirm services provided to the bank regarding incident impact.
  • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team, GPS, 1B, Vendor Management, and GPS to proactively align vendor outreach as required.
  • Create and update third-party incident records in the Supplier Watchlist in Coupa.
  • Provide monthly reporting updates on third-party incidents, their status, and advice and counsel provided.
  • Support the development and maintenance of our Global TPRM Issues and Incident Management standards.
  • Lead a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of risk management experience in the financial services industry.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance; MBA or other graduate program in a related discipline would be an asset.
  • Advanced understanding of the regulatory landscape with respect to third-party risk.
  • Experience in leading dynamic and multifaceted projects.
  • Judicious thinking and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and social skills; ability to effectively socialize with senior/executive management.
