Compensation Package

We offer a competitive hourly rate, starting at $25 per hour, with opportunities for extra hours through charters. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits packages, including an Employee and Family Assistance Program, company perks program, and Employee Referral Bonus.

Job Description

This role involves safely transporting students to and from school, prioritizing their safety and well-being. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring student safety during boarding and exiting buses
  • Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain optimal vehicle safety
  • Assisting with fueling and maintaining the cleanliness of the bus
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid minimum full G-class driver's license (B-class drivers preferred)
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Pass a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screening
  • Have a sound knowledge of the region and surrounding areas
  • Be able to work independently
  • Avoid time slots on Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM - 9:15 AM and 1 PM - 4:30 PM (approximate times may vary based on routes)
