About Creaform Ingénierie

Creaform Ingénierie is a renowned engineering firm seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key player in the development of innovative projects, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse electrical systems and contribute to the growth of our clients' products.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs and assist in developing project specifications for low and medium voltage electrical systems
  • Design electrical systems and control architectures
  • Develop process and instrumentation schematics
  • Select equipment for projects according to electrical standards and norms
  • Assemble prototypes and conduct tests
  • Maintain project technical files
  • Prepare and participate in design reviews
  • Prepare production documentation (BOM, electrical schematics, specifications)
  • Ensure effective communication of technical requirements with clients and project stakeholders
  • Involve suppliers in the development of technical solutions
  • Perform other related tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant experience in electrical design
  • Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCad Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, EPlan, CATIA)
  • Experience with HMI/PLC programming (an asset)
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles (an asset)
  • Eligibility to join the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (an asset)
  • Passion for design, electrical engineering, and technical challenges
  • Enjoy working in product development
  • Will to travel for short, medium, or long periods
