We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at StudioB Dental. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with Dentists on Patient Care: Collaborate with our dentists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Take Dental Impressions: Accurately take and record dental impressions to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
- Instruct Patients on Oral Hygiene: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.
- Remove Stains and Deposits from Teeth: Use specialized techniques and equipment to remove stains and deposits from teeth, improving the overall appearance and health of patients' smiles.
- Take, Develop, and Mount X-rays: Safely take and develop X-rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Remove Sutures: Remove sutures and stitches from patients' mouths, ensuring a smooth and comfortable recovery.
- Dental Hygienists Licensure: Hold current licensure as a dental hygienist in the province or territory where you will be working.
- Basic Security Clearance: Possess a basic security clearance, as required by our organization.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate and precise work in all aspects of patient care.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, providing exceptional service and care to patients.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, working effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills, clearly and effectively communicating with patients and team members.
- 1 Year to Less than 2 Years: Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of dental hygiene, with a strong focus on patient care and oral health.
