Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Production Supervisor to join our team at CommomWealth Renovations Wpg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that our projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, resulting in significant cost savings and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity, enhancing overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Set up equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained and calibrated to meet industry standards.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Recommend personnel actions, such as hiring or training, to address skill gaps and optimize team performance.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources accordingly.
  • Read blueprints and drawings, accurately interpreting and implementing design specifications.
Requirements
  • OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY CERTIFICATE REQUIRED.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment, with regular exposure to construction sites and equipment.

Availability and Relocation

Must be available to start on the advertised date and willing to relocate if necessary. Previous experience in the field of employment is highly desirable, along with possession of the required certifications.
