We are seeking a skilled Farm Operations Specialist to join our team at Blueridge Blueberry Farm. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our farm operations, including planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops. You will also be responsible for operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, as well as providing agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for supervising and overseeing growing and other crop-related operations, as well as maintaining quality control and production records. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our farm operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Maintain quality control and production records

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required

Work Environment:

  • 40 hours per week
