We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Maple Leaf 1st Enterprises Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, planning budgets, and resolving issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Plan and manage budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to meet business needs
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure high-quality customer service
Requirements
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience an asset
- Or equivalent experience
Work Environment
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
