About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and answer their questions in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs to manage their finances.
  • Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build strong business relationships and ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
