About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring that all meals are prepared and cooked to the highest standards. They will also train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas. Additionally, they will manage kitchen operations, including maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers.
