We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at IMPERIAL IMMIGRATION AND RECRUITMENT INC.

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 per year. Working 30-35 hours per week, you will be responsible for entering data according to specified format, transferring data between software, verifying accuracy and completeness of data, and performing general office duties.

The ideal candidate will have 1-6 months of experience in data entry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. If you are self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently using software applications
  • Transfer data between systems to ensure seamless operations
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before finalizing it
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including scanning documents and maintaining databases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-6 months of experience in data entry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
