We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at CV Library.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance.
  2. Complete administrative tasks, such as documenting maintenance activities and reporting to supervisors.
  3. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
  4. Manage inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisors.
  5. Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
  6. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
  7. Collaborate with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role.
  2. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
  3. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment.
  4. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents.
  5. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
