Key Responsibilities
  • Manage water filtration, purification processes, and pumping operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Schedule and oversee the maintenance of plant equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Prepare reports on water supply and water quality to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or engineering.
  • 5 years or more of experience in water treatment operations, with a focus on process management and optimization.
  • Specialized knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
