About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the pioneering team shaping the transformation of public transit into a dynamic on-demand network. As a Business Data Analyst at RideCo, you will play a key role in working directly with clients to analyze their operations data, develop and implement transportation solutions, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Plan and launch client projects, support communication and coordination between project stakeholders, and foster strong relationships with clients.
  • Transportation Services Implementation: Work with project managers, solutions engineers, and client stakeholders to develop and implement transportation solutions that meet client needs.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Reporting: Perform ad-hoc data analysis tasks, collaborate with data engineers to design performance analysis reports, and review performance reports with stakeholders.
  • Simulation and Optimization: Perform simulations to analyze performance and operational KPIs, iterate on the service model, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical systems and analytics support to operations managers, advise on using system dashboards, and perform system configuration changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaboratively develop actions to drive continuous improvements and achieve service objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Management Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in data analysis and project management.
  • Skills: Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google tools; experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau is an asset.
  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Teamwork: Constant collaboration within the technical services team and cross-functionally with product team, data engineering, sales, and marketing team.
