  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment
  • Work collaboratively with our dispatch coordinator and other technicians to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset utilization and reduce downtime

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Proven experience as a licensed HVAC technician with a strong understanding of mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
