About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mechanic to join our team in Toronto, ON This role is an integral part of ensuring the safety of children who rely on us for daily transportation You will play a key role in maintaining and repairing school buses to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.

The successful candidate will assist with preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and annual MTO maintenance inspections Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repair, including brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions Ensure work orders are completed accurately and participate in mobile emergency services.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $40.85 per hour based on experience and qualifications Additionally, you may be eligible for an extra $0.25 per hour for each ASE certification you possess or obtain Company-paid ASE testing and training materials are also available.

  • A valid driver's license is required; you must hold an S and/or T license A mechanics tool set is also necessary We encourage candidates who are willing to participate in ASE certification programs, as training, testing, and bonuses are provided.
