As a Climate Finance Analyst, you will contribute to our mission of building a sustainable tomorrow by driving sustainable investment decisions that accelerate the transition to a greener economy.

This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to balance work and personal life.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Support deal structuring and underwriting functions related to climate finance transactions
  • Prepare quarterly financial and impact reporting
  • Maintain and regularly update financial models with oversight from senior leaders
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement technology and process improvements
  • Lead ongoing asset management activities, ensuring operational performance and covenants are met
  • Facilitate transactions (funding, payments) and maintain accounting records for the loan portfolio
  • Support the preparation of investment memos, term sheets and associated materials as requested
  • Support due diligence on transactions, communicating with independent consultants and drafting credit applications as requested
  • Help streamline the Company's processes and workflows, integrating software and technology solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
  • 2-3+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling
  • Experience in underwriting and evidence of strong business and financial analytical skills
  • Experience in sustainable investing or climate finance is a nice-to-have
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines
