Job Title: Medical Writer Manager

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Medical Writer Manager to join our team in the Oncology therapeutic area. As a Medical Writer Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of medical writers in the preparation and finalization of clinical documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of medical writers in the preparation and finalization of clinical documents.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the quality and efficiency of medical writing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that medical writing activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and training to medical writers on best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all medical writing activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in medical writing, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies.
