Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Leader to join our team at beBee Professionals in Moose Jaw, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or hospitality management and be able to lead a team effectively.

About the Role

The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service to customers. This includes training, mentoring, and managing team members, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts, maintaining a productive work environment and meeting performance targets.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for team members, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members, helping them to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions, using data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management or a related field is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Compensation and Benefits
