Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely replenishment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with other store departments to achieve overall store objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or grocery environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
