Job Description

This pivotal role as an Elite Financial Strategist provides expert financial advice to high-net-worth members, fostering relationships, and enhancing the wealth management experience at PenFinancial Credit Union within our Niagara Falls and Fort Erie branches and surrounding communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PFP or CFP designation is required; continually meet educational requirements to maintain designation.
  • Securities license under IIROC is required, which includes completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conducts and Practices Handbook (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials (WME), or New Entrants Course (NEC) in lieu of CSC and CPH.
What You Can Expect

As an Elite Financial Strategist, you'll provide tailored financial solutions and strategic guidance to high-net-worth members, addressing their unique financial goals, investment objectives, and risk tolerance. You'll create new Centers of Influence (COI) relationships and collaborate with the retail and commercial team to self-source new high net worth members. You'll leverage Aviso Private Wealth Solutions to deliver comprehensive wealth management strategies and investment solutions to clients.

You'll act as a vocal advocate for wealth management within our credit union, promoting the importance of financial planning and investment management services. You'll educate and empower staff and members to have confidence in our ability to provide expert financial advice through training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Your Role in the Community

As an Elite Financial Strategist, you'll be a leader in our Truly Local Ambassador program. You'll contribute to the wellbeing of our employees through our commitment to contributing to their wellbeing, including competitive benefits programs, wellness days, and allowances for education.
