We are seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to join our team at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling.
This role plays a vital part in delivering the refreshing taste of Coke to local grocery stores. As a key member of our sales and merchandising department, you will be responsible for maintaining and replenishing products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers.
Our ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license, have reliable access to a vehicle for work-related purposes, and be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining product levels by transporting goods between backroom/storage room to front-of-store using manual or powered equipment
- Building, changing or removing product displays while adhering to company standards; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space and securing damaged or defective product
- FOLLOWING ALL COMPANY POLICIES REGARDING BACKROOM, DISPLAY FLOOR, REPLENISHMENT, EQUIPMENT, AND SAFETY
- Managing backroom by organizing stock (product); identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels; evaluating and processing damaged product; re-packing product; organizing backroom materials (i.e., pallets, product shells etc.); completing any required paperwork
- Maintaining an orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements
Territory: Stellarton
Work Schedule: 32 hours+ per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday
Salary: $19.33/hour plus mileage ($0.62/km)
Estimated Salary Range: Based on this opportunity, we estimate a yearly salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and performance.
