Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our financial and business services team at IT9 LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective management and resource allocation.
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve strategic goals.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
Supervision and Team Management

The Executive Director will supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the team is working towards common goals.

Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

  • Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Judgement and decision-making skills to ensure the organization's success.
